Cougar Canyon

Cougar Canyon is located in Kal Park and is only a 20 minute drive from the city centre. There is a large amount of climbing at all grades so no matter what your skill level is it's worth the trip! |
Aberdeen Columns

The Aberdeen Columns are a stunning collection of basalt columns and they represent our local trad climbing crag. |
Rim Rocks

Rim Rocks is another area not too far from town with lots of challenging routes. If you like to pull hard, this might be the place to go. Keep in mind that a part of the crag is on private land and so we should be on our best behaviour to maintain a pleasant relationship with the land owners. |
Ellison Park

Ellison doesn't have quite as much climbing as some of the other areas around town but its close proximity to a lovely beach make it well worth a day trip.
